two simple projects to work with your elementary based students for an autumn equinox celebration.

AUTUMN ANIMALS
cardboard, egg carton, paint, hot glue, colored pencils
cut out egg carton animal head shape and glue to cardboard
paint your animal head and draw the animal body below
outline the body with sharpie and fill in body with colored pencils, while also painting the remaining cardboard the same color as the head
attache. the body to another cardboard shape and decorate as desired.
FOX DEN
cardboard, paint, glitter, construction paper, pencil, scissors, hot glue
paint background cardboard blue, and hot glue a “hill” and den cut out to the top
fill in the den with paper or paint and add a fox and den details inside (use any medium here)
glue brown construction paper on the fox den, alternating shades
glue a cardboard tree to the top, adding ripped paper leaves
add a moon, and voila!
